The Gifting Company is looking for a talented Production Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate, disassemble, clean, and maintain food processing and production equipment. Your work will be essential to the efficient operation of our chocolate production department, ensuring product quality standards and meeting production demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport raw material pallets from storage to the production area.
- Break down, clean, and reassemble food production and processing equipment.
- Organize supplies within the enrobing and chocolate departments.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure raw materials are prepared and available.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and Leads to monitor stock levels at production lines.
- Assist with managing and facilitating the lot tracking system for inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to GMP and SQF standards at all times.
- Pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency under pressure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of Food machine operation experience.
- Basic proficiency with hand tools.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Schedule:
Base Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm ; Position is subject to schedule adjustments during peak seasons, including additional hours and days based on demands
