Are you looking for a great opportunity to start your career with a growing company and an amazing team? Direct Wire & Cable is currently hiring Production Machine Operators on 2nd shift!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Tulsa Operator (High-Speed Coiling):
- Set up, monitor, and operate high-speed coiling equipment, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Perform inventory management, including monitoring factory reel and stock cable inventories, and operating tow motors and high lifts.
- Maintain and oversee equipment, including splicing cables and re-stringing accumulators, and ensure a clean and organized work area.
Shrink Wrap Machine Operator:
- Set up, monitor, and operate shrink wrap equipment, adjusting controls for speed, heat, and size to maximize efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and oversee the packaging process, ensuring proper labeling and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members, assist in cross-training, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
