Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with The Goddard School’s philosophy.
- Support and mentor teachers to enhance instructional quality.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
- Plan and lead professional development training sessions.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with families to support children’s educational growth.
- Manage and update the school’s social media pages with engaging content, including photos, videos, and event highlights.
- Promote school events and initiatives through digital marketing strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years in early childhood education or childcare settings. Prior experience in curriculum development or teacher coaching is a plus.
- Knowledge of child development best practices and state licensing regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and digital engagement strategies.
