Curriculum Coordinator – The Goddard School of Sienna

We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our leadership team and support our teachers in delivering an outstanding educational experience for our students.

Job Summary:

The Curriculum Coordinator will oversee lesson planning, ensure curriculum alignment with Goddard’s standards, support teacher development, and enhance classroom engagement. Additionally, this role will involve managing social media marketing to showcase our school’s achievements and engage with our community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with The Goddard School’s philosophy.
• Support and mentor teachers to enhance instructional quality.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
• Plan and lead professional development training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with families to support children’s educational growth.
• Manage and update the school’s social media pages with engaging content, including photos, videos, and event highlights.
• Promote school events and initiatives through digital marketing strategies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years in early childhood education or childcare settings. Prior experience in curriculum development or teacher coaching is a plus.
• Knowledge of child development best practices and state licensing regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and digital engagement strategies.
