This is a dynamic role offering significant earning potential and the opportunity to lead and grow high-performing teams.
What You’ll Get
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $55,000 annually.
- Earning Potential: Total compensation between $90,000 - $120,000, including bonuses and commissions.
- Personal Commission: Earn additional income based on your sales performance.
- Store Bonuses: Eligible for bonuses from both stores.
- MSM Bonus: Receive an extra bonus when both stores meet their targets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Multi-Store Operations: Oversee daily operations at both locations, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage Teams: Hire, train, and develop high-performing teams to meet sales goals and uphold company standards.
- Drive Sales: Inspire teams and personally contribute to sales growth, maximizing revenue for both locations.
- Monitor Performance: Track and analyze store metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving results.
- Foster a Positive Environment: Create a supportive, team-oriented culture that reflects The Good Feet Store’s core values.
