Position: Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation
We are currently seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of solid experience in Commercial Litigation, specifically within our Real Estate Litigation practice, with an emphasis on secured creditor enforcement. The role includes:
- Managing all aspects of Secured Financing enforcement proceedings independently
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions and injunction papers
- Conducting due diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages
- Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and appeals
- Representing clients in State and Federal Court appearances and mediations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced legal environment
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities
- Effective communication skills for client interactions
- Admission to practice in New York is required; New Jersey admission is preferred
