Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our production operations. Duties
- Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to foster a productive work environment.
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing facility.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Skills
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in industries such as semiconductors, electronics, or related high-tech sectors.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to foster high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement in production systems.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools used for scheduling and reporting.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
