Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of production staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Duties

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and equipment.
• Lead, mentor, and train production staff to foster a productive work environment.
• Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Skills

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in industries such as semiconductors, electronics, or related high-tech sectors.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to foster high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement in production systems.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools used for scheduling and reporting.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
