- Drive Results: Manage resources, budgets, and project timelines to deliver outstanding results within budget.
- Client-Centered Approach: Partner with Account Managers in client meetings and estimate designs, offering solutions that delight and exceed client expectations.
- Sell & Innovate: Expand your influence by selling irrigation services independently, with or without base contracts.

Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Proven Leadership: Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance and irrigation, with a strong track record in managing teams.
- Irrigation Expertise: Deep knowledge of irrigation systems, techniques, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Communication & Organization: Exceptional skills in team coordination, project management, and client communication.
- Problem Solver: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost-saving, and aesthetic improvement.
