The Groden Center's Community and Home Therapeutic Services (CHTS) Department is now hiring a full time Treatment Coordinator/Program Supervisor to work with children diagnosed with Autism or other special healthcare needs. In this role, you'll be part of an experienced team of creative professionals, help create and implement a client specific treatment plan and provide staff supervision of home and clinic-based treatment programs for children and youth between the ages of 3 and 21.
Responsibilities of the Treatment Coordinator include:
- Working with families and clients
- Assist in conducting Assessments (Vineland, VBMAPP, FBA, ABLLS)
- Assist and collaborate in writing goals and objectives for skill acquisition
- Maintain case records
- Direct training/supervision of Direct Support staff
- Providing comprehensive home-based treatment
- Collaborate with families and other service providers
- Advocate for the clients and families we serve

Requirements:
- Candidates must have a B.A. in psychology, human services, education (or approved equivalent)
- Prior experience working with children with special healthcare needs
- Excellent writing and documentation skills.
