What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Technician position at The Grove?
We are looking for a well-rounded individual to join our Cultivation team. The Cultivation Floater will be assisting in daily operations related to growing Cannabis.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Watering
- Flushing
- Pruning
- Harvesting
- Trimming
- Time Management
- Waste Process
- Cleaning
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, cropping, topping, flushing, waste disposal, inspect crops and inventory management.
- Implement existing SOPs
- Operate heavy machinery
- Record data, maintain operation logs
- Aid in oversight of the completion of operations in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
- Hard working, punctual and a great team player
- Demonstrate a positive attitude
- Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and lift for extended periods of time
- Preferred knowledge of container systems with soil and hydroponic
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements
Employment Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have no felony convictions
- Individuals applying must be a minimum of 21 years old
- Open and flexible availability; weekends, holidays, evenings
