- Team Leadership: Lead and direct a team of workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Customer Relations: Interact with customer representatives and inspectors in a courteous and professional manner.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or one year of related experience and/or training.
- Skills and Qualifications: Ability to read blueprints and job-related documents, strong verbal and written communication skills, mathematical skills, problem-solving ability, demonstrated leadership, and basic computer skills.
