Ideal Candidate: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead our hospital construction project. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations run smoothly while adhering to hospital procedures and policies to maintain compliance. This role requires strong leadership abilities and exceptional organizational skills to oversee the project from start to finish. 

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all day-to-day activities on the hospital construction site to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. - Supervise foremen and union labor teams, providing guidance and support to ensure work quality and productivity meet project standards. - Collaborate closely with Project Managers to develop, schedule, and forecast both weekly and master project schedules. - Utilize Procore for project management, including tracking progress, managing documentation, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures throughout the construction phase, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations. - Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and address any issues or delays promptly. - Foster a collaborative team atmosphere, encouraging open communication among all team members and addressing any conflicts that arise on-site.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field industry experience. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial superintendent, with significant experience in hospital or healthcare construction. - Strong knowledge of compliance standards and safety regulations in the healthcare construction industry. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines. - Demonstrated proficiency in Procore and other construction management software. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and union labor.
