Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and organized Operations Manager to oversee and streamline daily operations at The Hangar Pickleball Club. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for pickleball and experience in operations management. The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and enforcing standard operating procedures, managing staff and coach schedules, handling payroll, and ensuring seamless facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency and excellence in all club operations.
- Oversee scheduling for employees and coaches to ensure optimal staffing levels for events, lessons, and general operations.
- Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely compensation for all staff.
- Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of all club facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
- Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage sponsorship opportunities and community outreach initiatives to build strong local partnerships.
- Drive membership sales, promotions, and marketing efforts to enhance the club’s visibility and attract new members.
- Work closely with the Event Manager to align operational needs with programming and event execution.
- Monitor financial performance, optimize budgets, and ensure the club operates efficiently and profitably.
- Address member concerns and ensure an outstanding customer experience at all times.
Qualifications:
- Passion for pickleball and experience in operations management, hospitality, or club management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, and financial management.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance and food and beverage operations.
- Background in marketing, promotions, or membership sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with members, staff, and community partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving operational needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,500.00 - $78,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Choose your own hours
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
