Position Title: Supply Chain Alaska – Procurement Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Service Orders and Field Service Contracts in GEP.
- Process change orders.
- Provide comprehensive support to requisitioners to ensure the fulfillment of requirements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Supply Chain requirements during the creation of Service Orders and Field Service Contracts in GEP.
- Creation and maintenance of Pricebooks.
- Offer general support for the Requisition-to-Pay process.
- Manage Workflow Purchase Order Exceptions.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment, address concerns, and track ongoing projects and new initiatives.
