THE JOB
As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle and deliver value to mid-sized organizations:
- Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and marketing-generated leads.
- Sales Ownership: Manage opportunities from discovery calls to close, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Relationship Building: Engage with executive-level people leaders, HR, and Talent Development teams to understand their goals and challenges.
- Value-Driven Selling: Present tailored solutions, emphasizing ROI and alignment with client objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with customer success and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management: Use Salesforce to track opportunities, maintain an accurate forecast, and report on progress.
- Team Contributions: Share best practices, participate in strategy discussions, and support team initiatives to drive collective success.
ABOUT YOU:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Sales Expertise: 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven record of quota attainment. Experience in professional services is a plus.
- Knowledge Advantage: Familiarity with learning and development or HR-related solutions is a bonus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with an executive-level presence.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing software.
- Hunter Mentality: A self-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Sales Skills: Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and managing complex deals.
- High Activity Levels: Comfortable making 30 outbound calls daily and maintaining a strong prospecting cadence.
