Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled sales professionals, providing ongoing training and development to ensure their success.
- Oversee daily sales operations within your designated territory, maintaining a hands-on leadership approach to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to enhance team performance and sales techniques.
- Deliver engaging in-home product presentations independently and alongside team members to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Foster a high-energy, positive sales culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and outstanding performance.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to refine strategies and improve overall team effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales leadership, with extensive experience in motivating and coaching sales teams to exceed targets.
- Strong background in window sales, including in-depth product and market knowledge.
- Experience in regional or territory management, demonstrating a history of driving business growth.
- Ability to train and develop sales staff in selling techniques, customer engagement, and market insights.
- Skilled in creating and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive success.
Key Skills:
- Window and/ Roofing Sales Experience: Must have a deep understanding of the product and market.
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience using CRM software and sales tools to track progress, manage leads, and analyze sales data.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market trends and adjust strategies to maximize opportunities for growth.
