Job Description

Job purpose: Position Summary

• Works in conjunction with the property owners, adjusters or Insurance Companies to pack out and manage any and all contents included in loss.
• Ensures that the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standards with agreed specifications.
• Focus is on scoping and estimating, the work required restoring properties to their pre disaster state.
• Manage and oversee the restoration division.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering above and beyond customer service and quality control.
• Inspect, estimate, all types and sizes of losses from start to finish.
• Meet sales goals

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Professionally represent the company’s principles of attitudes, honesty and integrity.
• Oversee and manage the crews and division operations.
• Ability to provide consistent, effective leadership in an environment characterized by multiple projects in various stages, changing priorities with constant interruption and emergency demands.
• Conduct all communication with the homeowner at jobsite.
• Capacity to render judgments with integrity.

• Production Management, safety and quality control
• Prepare Estimate
• Purchase shop supplies
• Supervise Staff Training and Development
• Develop and maintain a network of skilled subcontractors for specialized work.
• Maintain communication with the property owner and the insurance company: secure prompt payments.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of Insurance related fire restoration experience a plus
• Competent in Xacimate
• Familiar with insurance regulations and qualifications
• Posses strong computer skills
• Must be able to handle large volume of claims in a timely manner
• Flexible schedule nights and weekends maybe required
• Must be proficient in word, excel & outlook
• Ability to make decisions about Salvagabilty and Cleanabilty of items
