Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by providing administrative support to the HR function as needed including: record keeping, file maintenance, compliance tracking, time and attendance tracking, training tracking, new hire and other HRIS system data entry.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner and HR Specialist
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is complete and in compliance. Assists with data entry of new hire data into HRIS system.
- Performs customer service functions by answering associate requests and questions.
YOUR TRACK RECORD
- Associate’s degree in an HR related field preferred; High school graduate required.
- 2 years of HR related work experience
- Strong computer skills that include Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS experience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Occasional overtime work is required throughout the year. Must adhere to all plant safety protocols.
Minimal hazards. General office working conditions. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
