Duties
- Educate clients on Medicare plans, benefits, and eligibility requirements.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate Medicare solutions.
- Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of Medicare plans with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current Medicare trends and competitor offerings.
- Assist in sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-ups.
Qualifications
