The Role
We're seeking an energetic Appointment Setter to turn warm leads into qualified appointments. Your focus will be on connecting with potential clients and setting the stage for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact 30 warm leads daily via phone and text
- Engage in 15 conversations per day
- Follow our proven script to qualify leads
- Set 30 appointments per week
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM

Qualifications:
- Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years)
- 2 years of recent phone experience (e.g., Customer Service, Phone Surveys, Collections)
- Experience with 30 phone conversations per day
- 5 hours of daily phone time in most recent role
- Strong performance metrics and KPI management
- Proficiency in CRM data entry and pipeline management
- Extroverted personality with confidence on the phone
- Coachable attitude with ability to implement feedback quickly
