What You’ll Be Doing
In the role of Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial part in converting warm leads into scheduled appointments. Your daily tasks will involve reaching out through calls and texts, engaging with up to 50 leads, and maintaining an average of 30 conversations. Adherence to the provided script is key to your success in this role.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates with a stable job history, having no more than two positions in the past five years. You should have at least two years of recent phone experience in roles such as customer service, phone surveys, collections, or appointment setting—sales experience is not a requirement. Experience handling 30 or more calls daily in your most recent role is essential, as well as logging 5 or more hours of phone time each day over the past two years. A proven track record with performance metrics and KPIs is expected. You should also have experience with CRM data entry and management, consistent follow-up and pipeline management, and the ability to act on feedback effectively. An extroverted personality with strong phone communication skills and confidence is essential.
Performance Goals
Success in this role is measured by handling 30 new leads daily and effectively following up with existing ones. You will need to engage in 30 conversations each day and set up 30 appointments per week. We expect a lead-to-conversation ratio of 50% and a show rate of 54%. The revenue generated per lead should be around $172, and you should maintain a minimum of 5 hours of phone talk time each day.

Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is required, along with experience with VOIP or soft phone systems. You should have a proven ability to handle phone conversations confidently and effectively, and the capability to follow and deliver scripted dialogues consistently.
