A day in the life… Wondering what a day in the life of a full-timeHelp Desk Specialistat The Iowa Clinic might look like?

• Join our onsite IT Team in West Des Moines, assisting incoming IT tickets and calls for employees and providers, ensuring a smooth IT environment and high user satisfaction.
• Handel a variety of computer operations
• Answer daily help desk calls to IT, averaging over 60 calls per day
• Respond to and diagnose computer software issues encountered by end users
• Resolve less complex issues immediately while escalating more complex problems to second level support personnel
• Add new users to all systems for IT

The schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday, based around the hours of 7am - 5pm (8-hour days) onsite in West Des Moines.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Technical/Vocational degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Two years previous working knowledge of computer operations required
• Quick and detailed customer service through ticketing system and phone calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.80 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
