Sales Category Manager

About Us:

Your Role:
As a Sales Category Manager for our Resort Division, you will lead product strategies that enhance market share, drive sales, and expand distribution. You will work closely with Product Development and Procurement teams to bring innovative new products to life while managing relationships with key retail partners. This is your chance to make product decisions that impact on sales and market share of exciting resort and beach products!
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute business plans to meet sales objectives for the Resort Division.
· Collaborate across teams (Product Development, Purchasing, Retail Sales/Marketing, Operations) to bring your products to life.
· Evaluate and optimize category distribution, market share, and profitability.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with manufacturers and customers.
What We Are Looking For:
· Experience in Hawaii’s unique business ecosystem.
· Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to create compelling reports and presentations.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate sales and marketing performance.
· Must pass all pre-employment tests (drug test & background check).
