While seller-doer experience is a plus, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of CEI projects in accordance with FDOT standards, focusing on quality control, cost management, and scheduling.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, inspectors, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery.Conduct regular project reviews and quality control checks to ensure compliance with FDOT guidelines and specifications.Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other required project documentation to FDOT and stakeholders.Maintain strong client relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.(Optional) Participate in business development and client outreach efforts to support the company’s growth objectives as a seller-doer, though this is not a requirement.
