As a Front Desk Receptionist (Wellness Coordinator) for The Joint Chiropractic, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing patients. You’ll play a key role in making each of them feel welcome and ready for their treatment. You will be responsible for presenting our pricing options to patients so they can continue their care with us at the most affordable rates. Each of our clinics has to achieve outlined performance metrics for sales and low cancellation rates. We offer a monthly bonus to those that achieve the performance metrics. In addition, keeping accurate patient records, having a thorough understanding of our computer systems and maintaining a clean and organized work place will also be important for your success.
We are currently looking for two candidates for either part time or full time. Available shifts are Monday-Friday 9:30AM-7:15PM and Saturdays 9:30AM-4:15PM. We would prefer individuals that are bilingual in English and Spanish. We would prefer a candidate that is open and has the ability to work in our other clinics when needed.

Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Provide the highest levels of customer service for all guests and members throughout their visit
- Assist patients with the completion of required paperwork
- Study and recite scripts as required while communicating with patients
- Sell treatment plans or packages that are best suited for the patient based on recommendation from our medical professionals
- Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
- Participate in marketing opportunities to help the clinic build new patient counts
- Manage daily clinic operations including ensuring cleanliness and that inventory is stocked
- Manage the flow of guests and members through the clinic in an organized manner
- Execute and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage clinic phone calls
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and decorum at all times
- Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy work place culture
Minimum Requirements
- Associates degree, or higher, required
- Cheerful, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Able to work weekends/evenings (if scheduled)
- Able to use office equipment; computer, tablet, and phone system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Dedication to high quality service
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear company approved attire
- Confident in presenting and selling services
- Office management or sales experience a plus
- 2 years of direct sales experience
Abilities Required
- Able to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Schedule
- Part time available, Full time potential
- 10 hour shifts
- Weekend availability is a must
Education Requirements
- High school or equivalent
Experience
- Customer service: 1 year
- Medical Terminology: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer Skills: 1 year
