Commercial Lines Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is focused on managing commercial insurance accounts, with a strong emphasis on renewals. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a collaborative environment and be proficient in AMS360.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with approximately 270 policies and $4-6 million in premium
• Handle all aspects of renewals (100% renewal-focused role)
• Work closely with a dedicated team, including marketing specialists, claims representatives, and support staff
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Utilize AMS360 software to process policy changes, quotes, and documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
• Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
• Proficiency in AMS360 is a must
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
