Responsibilities
- Manage all account transactions, including quoting, applications, ID cards, endorsements, proposals, coverage summaries, certificates, and binders for assigned accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier underwriting requirements.
- Conduct renewal reviews and quote/remarket policies as needed.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, companies, and producers.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and suggest coverage upgrades.
- Document all activities in the agency management system, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
- Adhere to agency billing, premium collection, and underwriting guidelines. Obtain client sign-off for declined recommended coverages.
- Commercial lines product knowledge (Property and condominium experience is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of CSR experience and a valid property casualty license.
- Excellent client relations and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including agency management systems (Applied Epic experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
