Contract: 15 months

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor task queues for data integrity issues, including duplicates, overlaps, outlays, and other discrepancies.
- Resolve data integrity issues within designated national or facility timeframes.
- Prioritize and address escalated duplicate cases to support patient care.
- Manage interface errors to ensure accurate patient establishment in registration systems and electronic health records (acute/ambulatory).
- Communicate necessary updates to downstream applications during remediation of duplicates, overlaps, overlays, and other issues.
- Collaborate actively with IT teams on application stability, including upgrade testing, implementations, and routine maintenance.
- Associate degree with RHIT or RHIA preferred; high school diploma with three years of EMPI (Enterprise Master Patient Index) experience also accepted.
- In-depth knowledge of HIM (Health Information Management) operations and prior experience with IT systems.
- Knowledge of multiple EMR systems
- Understanding of system architecture, interfaces, infrastructure, integration, and databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
