Workplace Experience Associate

Our client, a global leader in video game development and esports, is currently seeking a Workplace Experience Associate.

This role will be based at the Remote Broadcasting Center (RBC) in the Seattle area and is ideal for someone who thrives in creating vibrant, functional workspaces. You'll be instrumental in delivering an exceptional office experience while supporting day-to-day operations, events, and vendor relationships.

Must be willing to commute to Seattle, WA.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Act as the primary on-site point of contact at the RBC, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for employees and vendors.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including overseeing contractor performance and coordinating with on-site security.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as local leadership, building management, the Workplace Experience (WE) team, and Physical Security to uphold and enhance workplace standards.
• Oversee office maintenance and repairs, and proactively recommend improvements to align with WE standards.
• Perform Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance activities and maintain/upkeep workplace procedures and documentation.
• Support and execute logistics for local events and Show Days, including planning, communication, and day-of coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in facilities or maintenance services within a high-traffic or fast-paced organization.
• Proven ability to work with contractors and suppliers, ensuring service level standards are met.
• Strong understanding of compliance and safety standards related to workplace environments.
• Excellent initiative and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
