POSITION SUMMARY
The Student Worker, under the supervision of the Associate Registrar, assists the Registrar's office with the archiving and management of confidential student records and documents. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to privacy regulations, and the ability to efficiently manage both electronic and physical records. Students who are hired must be eligible for the Federal Work Study program.

- Upload electronic documents to student information system (SIS) and internal archiving system.
- Scan paper documents, uploading them to internal archiving system and / or SIS, adhering to TKU's records retention policy.
- Assist Registrar staff with sorting and / or transport of physical documents to be scanned, archived, or shredded.
- Assist Registrar staff with data entry projects.
- Perform customer service for TKU staff, faculty, and students.
- Follow FERPA guidelines to ensure confidentiality for students.
