As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing excellent service, crafting delicious drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process orders and manage cash register transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist in ordering when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as catering or fine dining experiences.
- Stay updated on drink trends and new recipes to enhance the beverage menu offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments is preferred.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing tabs effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques is beneficial for establishments that serve craft beers or specialty drinks.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards guests and team members.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues in a busy environment.
