The Opportunity
In preparation for upcoming opportunities, we are building a roster of licensed Mental Health Clinicians based in the Washington, DC (DMV) area. Candidates must have extensive experience working with survivors and/or perpetrators of domestic abuse and violence.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least five years of clinical mental health experience with current licensure
- A Master's or Doctorate-level degree in a mental health or human services discipline
- Demonstrated skills in individual counseling and in family or group therapy
- At least three years of experience delivering trauma-informed counseling
- At least five years of experience working with domestic abuse survivors and/or perpetrators

- Experience working with perpetrators of domestic violence
- Experience supporting individuals and organizations in the aftermath of critical incidents
- Experience in consulting on work-related stress
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and beliefs
- Experience in providing training on topics related to domestic violence and abuse
- Proficiency in at least one language other than English from this list: French, Spanish, Arabic
