Job Title : Tax Planning and Compliance Manager

Location : Philadelphia, PA

Work type : Hybrid

Compensation : Up to $135K base 30-50% bonus

Your Day-to-Day

Be the go-to advisor for corporations, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, and more.

Manage and review tax engagements to ensure top-notch quality.

Brainstorm, devise, and implement tax strategies that wow your clients.

Help businesses thrive through every stage of their lifecycle with savvy tax planning and compliance.

Lead the charge in business development, spotting opportunities and securing exciting projects.

Mentor and develop the next generation of tax pros.

What You Bring to the Table

A degree in Accounting or Finance, plus your CPA or EA badge of honor.

At least 5 years of tax experience, including partnership and individual returns.

A knack for client service and building long-term relationships.

High energy, a flexible mindset, and a love of tackling challenges head-on.

Entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for opportunities to grow our business.

Bonus points for a Master's in Taxation or experience with S corporations, trusts, and sales tax.

Tools of the Trade

Experience with CCH Axcess, Engagement, or similar tax platforms is a plus!
