Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to join our Lansdale office. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Office Management:
- Welcome clients and maintain a professional, welcoming office environment
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage office inventory and supplies
- Administrative & Compliance Support:
- Process and submit paperwork, ensuring timely follow-up with the broker-dealer
- Handle client check deposits securely and efficiently
- Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database
- Oversee compliance-related document requests and submissions
- Team Collaboration & Growth:
- Work closely with team members on various projects
- Actively participate in monthly team meetings
Required Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree
✔ 1 year(s) of experience in financial services or banking industry
✔ Excellent communication and listening skills
✔ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills
✔ A reliable, trustworthy professional with a strong work ethic
