Graphic Designer Reports to: VP of Marketing

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the LHMCO and the portfolio companies.
  • Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful.
  • Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies.

Primary Duties:

The primary duty of the Graphic Designer is to create and execute art for assigned projects. The Graphic Designer works with communication team members, and other company staff to complete projects as assigned.

Must be able to manage his/her workflow to achieve assigned deadlines, possess the ability to create unique and pleasing graphic presentations in all media.  Maintain 100% error-free target. Communicate with department supervisor and others as assigned.

  • Demonstrates a knowledge of design, typography, layout, photo-retouching, and image manipulation with application across all media types.
  • Generate completed work as assigned on scheduled timeline.
  • Present finished creative product to stakeholders in a succinct and professional manner.
  • Understand the nature of the company’s products, business culture and competition.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  • Protect the legal, moral, and financial well-being of the company.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years of advertising/marketing design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design
  • Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite and related graphics tools
  • Proficient in print and web/electronic design
  • Basic knowledge of HTML as it relates to document and web design
  • Skilled in successful negotiations and conflict resolution
  • Detail orientated, self-starter, with the ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders and coworkers effectively while maintaining professionalism

Physical Requirements:

  • Work performed in an office setting.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about facilities.
  • To perform other duties as required.
