The Larson Group is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk to oversee the efficient flow of goods into and out of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Stock inventory in a timely manner, ensuring optimal storage capacity.
- Verify incoming shipments by cross-referencing packing slips, invoices, and other documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service at parts counters as needed.
- Control and segregate core inventory, adhering to established protocols.
- Inspect returned cores for damage or defects.
- Accurately track and document all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Communicate shipment information to relevant personnel.
- Perform part-time city deliveries, requiring a valid driver's license.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license necessary.
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
