We are seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to provide leadership and direction to our nursing team.

- Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing care provided by Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and others.
- Review and implement all nursing procedures and systems.
- Assess and evaluate systems facilitating quality guest care and staff performance.
- Use a systematic approach to provide individualized nursing care.
- Contribute to guest assessments and development of care plans.
- Evaluate guest responses to interventions.
Requirements:
A current CPR certification and additional certification in a nursing specialty are desired. Previous management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred.
