Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Laurels of Hudsonville. As a critical thinker and skilled communicator, you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education to our guests.
- Supervise the care and services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members who care for our guests.
- Audit guest health and notify physicians of changes in status.
- Develop and implement plans of care based on assessments.
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guest conditions and prevent complications.
- Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and plan development.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
