The receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that legal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. Duties include but not limited to: *Receive, direct and relay telephone, fax, email, and hand-delivered messages. *Answer all phone calls,*Maintain calendar.*Must be proficient in Microsoft word, *Must have proficient typing skills, including Excel spreadsheets, forms, etc. *Organized and communicate well with clients.
