Position Overview:
The Membership Sales Associate at The Legend at Bergamont will focus on driving membership growth and fostering relationships with potential and current members. This role will serve as a primary representative for membership inquiries, focusing on sales, outreach, and exceptional member service. Responsibilities include promoting membership benefits, coordinating marketing efforts, and maintaining accurate records to support membership initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective members, providing information about membership options, benefits, and club amenities.
- Conduct outreach efforts to generate new leads, including participating in networking events and community outreach programs.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to attract and retain members.
- Coordinate membership communication, including follow-ups with potential members and updates for existing members.
- Process membership applications, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to club policies.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective members, tracking communication and outcomes using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote events and activities that highlight the value of club membership.
- Assist in planning and attending membership-related events, ensuring a welcoming environment for potential and new members.
- Provide reports on membership sales performance and recommend strategies to achieve growth targets.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably in a membership-based or golf club environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with prospective and current members.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and represent the club professionally.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed membership sales goals.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required (additional education in sales, marketing, or hospitality is beneficial).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
