Director of Office Manager
The Lewis School of Princeton, a private, non-profit, preparatory school for students with dyslexia and related learning differences, is seeking a full-time Office Manager for its Princeton campus.

Since this position interacts with the entire school community, the role requires strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to relate to and carry out the school’s mission. Additionally, the candidate should be highly proficient with a variety of software including Microsoft Office.
Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Detailed Data Entry
- Reading typist is preferred
- Prepare detailed documents for a variety of uses
- Prepare emails, schedules, calendars
- Consistently maintain and organize student school and clinic records
- Facilitate the distribution of communications
- Assist, directly support, and interact with teachers, students, and administration
- Support and service the needs and requests of school families
- Answering and directing diverse phone inquiries
- Special events preparation
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of successful experience in an administrative/office management role
- Experience working as an administrator/manager in a school or physician’s office is ideal
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and organizational ability
- Excellent, verbal and written language
- Mastery and fluency Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Mac technologies

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
