Job Description:
The Banquet Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests during banquet events. This includes preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the service of alcohol
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of banquet events
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
