What You Will Do:
As a Real Estate Agent with the Luxe Service Group, you will:
- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions with professionalism and integrity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Conduct market analysis to advise clients on pricing and property values.
- Show properties to prospective buyers and conduct open houses.
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the closing process.
- Prospect for new clients and build your sphere of influence.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, real estate laws, and best practices.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Utilize provided technology and tools effectively to manage your business.
What You Will Bring:
- Valid New Jersey Real Estate License (required).
- Some prior experience as a licensed real estate agent with a demonstrated understanding of the sales process.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- A strong work ethic and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- A genuine desire to learn and implement strategies for business growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong ethical compass.
- Familiarity with Hunterdon, Somerset, Warren and Mercer Counties in New Jersey, and surrounding areas is a plus.
