Role Description
This is a full-time onsite Senior Property Manager role located in Denver, Colorado. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, manage tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulations.
Qualifications
- Property management experience and knowledge of real estate operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
- Knowledge of commercial real estate leases and landlord-tenant relationships.
- Proficiency in property management software
- Experience with large office buildings is critical
- Bachelor's degree
- Real estate license is a substantial benefit and value-add
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
