Summary: Responsible for managing and coordinating all necessary project resources and documentation throughout lifecycle from project development to completion of construction.
Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
· Develop revised Scope of Work, Level of Finish, Construction Plans, Budget and Schedule as needed
· Manage budgeting, estimating & bid negotiations
· Prepare subcontractor contracts and change orders
· Review submittals and shop drawings
· Manage cost management
· Maintain owner, interior designer and architect relationships
· Apply for and obtain all permits
· Client close-out – schedule and attend Homeowner Orientation
· Supervise 2 or more full-time Superintendents/Assistant Superintendents
Monitor & Direct Project Development Team to Complete:
· Construction Drawings
· Interior Design & Selections
· Cabinetry design and selections
Following probationary period:
· Discretionary Performance Base Bonus
· Annual performance and compensation review
· Seven paid major holidays per calendar year

Education and Experience:
Education:
· 4 year college degree in construction or business or equivalent work experience
Experience:
· 10 years experience in residential remodeling in SW Florida - design-build preferred
· 5 years experience in construction management
· 5 years experience in residential construction estimating
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
· Knowledge of local building codes
· Proficient with MS Office
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to multi-task
· Strong Organizational skills
· Self-motivated and self-directed

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
