Job Description

Hourly Rate: $35/hour

Schedule:

• Days: Tuesday through Wednesday (some Mondays as needed)
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  
  

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable/Payroll/Bookkeeper with a background in construction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate software and a thorough understanding of bookkeeping and payroll processes specific to the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and process accounts payable invoices and purchase orders.
• Perform A/P check runs.
• Process weekly union payroll and prepare certified payroll reports.
• Handle union reporting, monthly and quarterly returns, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Manage year-end payroll and tax reporting.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounts payable, payroll, and bookkeeping within the construction industry.
• Proficiency with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate software is required.
• Strong knowledge of union payroll and reporting, certified payrolls, and tax filings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
