- Great communicator via telephone and email. The selected candidate will be the first point of customer contact for the company.
- Great problem-solving and customer relationship building skills are a must.
- Great with technology. Must be a good typist and be able to learn new systems and function well in a paperless environment.
- Great organizer. Must be able to prioritize detailed tasks and work with multiple clients for scheduling and other customer questions.
- Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work solo as well as with a team.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Must be looking for a long-term and stable work environment with a successful company.
- Must be reliable during work hours.
- This is a work from home position, but candidates must live in Greater Philadelphia area (PA, NJ or DE).
- Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
