The schedule for this position will be four afternoons weekly from 3-11 pm. We are looking for someone with a desire to learn and grow at our property for a long term relationship. Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
- Process reservations via phone systems or online platforms while ensuring accuracy in bookings.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of guest confidentiality.
