Overview
We are seeking a couple of dynamic Event Assistant's to join our team and support the planning and execution of various events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in creating memorable experiences for our clients and guests. Do you love Halloween and Holiday events?

Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating day of event logistics
- To assist in event set up, work during the event and assist during event clean up
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and attendees
- Support event marketing initiatives and social media management
- Provide excellent customer service to all event participants
Event dates to start and required are October 25th from 2p-9:30p in Charlotte and October 26th from 3p-9p in Huntersville. Availability during these dates are required. These events are halloween events, where we will need assistance in decorating, handing out candy and general set up.
This is a temporary contract position, paid daily with more events in the future for the right person. Please send your resume for consideration.
Requirements
- Proficiency in public speaking to engage with diverse audiences
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in event marketing and promotion is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
