Responsibilities: - Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner during banquet events - Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and ensure proper table settings - Assist in the preparation and breakdown of banquet areas before and after events - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items to guests - Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas throughout events - Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service - Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times - Work closely with the Banquet Captain to ensure smooth event operations Experience: - Previous experience in food handling, culinary, or food service roles preferred - Knowledge of bussing procedures and banquet setup is a plus - Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices - Understanding of food safety protocols and practices - Experience working in hotels or restaurants is advantageous - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment If you are passionate about delivering top-notch service, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we welcome you to apply for the role of Banquet Server.
