Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational performance of our 7 restaurant locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Collaborate with our culinary and food and beverage directors to develop and implement menus, promotions, and other initiatives that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Leverage your expertise to train and develop our restaurant managers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Maintain open communication with our restaurant staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and fairly.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management, preferably as a Director of Operations or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through effective operational leadership.
